I especially loved the section about "being picked." The certainty that we are "picked" is the most important reality behind living a life worth writing about - as Don describes in his "Million Miles" book. As much as we learn to actively seek and live our lives, we also have the sensation of being "picked" for an experience at times. I am facing new choices and challenges unlike any I've probably faced in the last 22 years since my first child was born. It can be hard to recreate a meaningful life when the last many years have been filled to the brim with "raising pups"! It is indeed painful, and beautiful, and frightening, and exciting! Thanks for sharing that truth, "Lucy".

I do consider all the ideas you've introduced in your post. They're really convincing and will definitely work. Still, the posts are very short for novices. May just you please lengthen them a little from subsequent time? Thank you for the post.
