Donald Miller

Donald Miller is the author of many books and the creator of Storyline, a life-mapping process helping people organize and plan their lives like a story.

Don’s books include A Million Miles in a Thousand Years, Blue Like Jazz, Searching for God Knows What, Father Fiction and Through Painted Deserts.

Don grew up along the Gulf coast in Texas and moved to Portland, Oregon in his twenties. While in Portland he audited classes at Reed College and later wrote a book about his experiences there. That book became the major-motion picture Blue Like Jazz.

Today, Don splits his time between Portland and Nashville, running Storyline, a company that’s sole mission is to help people live better stories.
