The Gerding Theater at the Armory is located at 128 NW 11th in the famous Pearl Art District, next door to Powell's Bookstore. The theater is the home of Portland Center Stage, whose mission is to inspire the community of Portland by bringing stories to life in unexpected ways, which we think makes it the perfect location for The Storyline Conference.
The theater hosts free Wi-Fi in the lobby and and a on-site café to purchase coffee, pastries or lunch. The venue is surrounded by great restaurants, coffee shops, Portland's famous food carts and a Whole Foods Market.
Registration Check-in:
Upon your arrival on April 30th, bring your photo ID and check-in between 10AM – 12:30PM in the Nortonia Room at The Mark Spencer Hotel (409 SW 11th), 2 blocks directly south of our main venue, The Gerding Theater. If you are unable to check-in at that time, proceed to The Gerding at 1PM for late check-in, keeping in mind that the conference begins at 1:30PM.
You will receive a detailed scheduled upon your arrival at the conference. Much of the details are held as a surprise until the conference begins in order to offer you the most experiential event possible.
